Scarlet Fever

This report is split into two section and the word limit for each section is 750 words:
Section 1:
Prepare a report of the weekly incidence of Scarlet fever disease covering the period Jan 2018 to Jan 2019 (a NOIDS data set is attached). Using the data relevant to the assigned organism prepare a suitable graph to show how the incidence of the disease varies over the year. This graph should be incorporated into a report that fully explains the reasons for the pattern of incidence of the disease over the year. Your report should take into account present knowledge of the causative organism (the type of organism, transmission, pathogenesis, symptoms, treatment and prevention). You may wish to consider factors such as weather if they have a relevant bearing on your results.
Your graph should be prepared by you, not lifted directly from web sites, journals etc!!!!
The word limit for the section 1 is 750 words excluding references.
The data has been taken from the Public Health England (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. website. Section 2
For the assigned disease you must discuss laboratory methods used for diagnosis. Evaluate the current method(s) in use in microbiology pathology laboratories, clearly describing the method(s) and relevant quality control and assurance measures. Identify strengths and weaknesses and highlight any recent advances that have been implemented or likely to be used in the future.
The word limit for the section 2 is 750 words excluding references.
