compose a 10-12-page (double-spaced) paper that analyzes Dee Dee Halleck’s 60-minute documentary Gringo in Mañaland (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.. http://www.desorg.org/titols/online/the-gringo-in-mananaland/
Your paper should provide an analysis that resembles the scholarly practice of critical geopolitics. Consider how the film clips that Halleck weaves together represent the part of the world now commonly called Latin America. Some questions to consider: What kind of place is it (presumably)? What kindS (note the plurality!) of people live there? Who should be in charge of this place (and why)? Who should NOT be there (and why)?
Kindly utilize in-text citations featuring 1) last name(s) of author(s), 2) publication date, and 3) specific pages where you found useful ideas and/or information to reference the course materials you utilize to analyze the film. For example: (Dowler and Sharp 2001, pp. 172-173)
Be sure to insert page numbers AND put your name in your paper’s header or in a title page that doesn’t get a page number. Also, do your best to craft a fun title for your paper.
Finally, please ONLY submit Word documents (so I can use Track Changes to provide feedback).
