Instructions
For this assignment, assume that your company or an organization that you know well is in the process of merging with another foreign company. (For purposes of this assignment, the foreign company must be from Asia or Eastern Europe.)

Using the information you have read in various academic journals and other researched materials, prepare a white paper discussing the issues you will face from an organizational behavior perspective. Then, present solutions to these challenges and provide recommendations for the merger to proceed as smoothly as possible. Be sure to provide outside support from peer-reviewed sources when supporting your views and statements. Include a minimum of one supportive diagram or spreadsheet to support your white paper.

Support your paper with minimum of seven resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Your paper and supporting materials should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
