As one of the reason people don’t vote is the idea that one cannot affect the result of the election, there are some parties which suggest a kind of direct democracy in some countries like Sweden.

Though the Internet made direct democacy easier, I believe that there are still problems in direct democracy such as the rise of populism, exclusion of minority, etc. So, I want this paper to compare pros and cons of both current trial of direct democracy and traditional indirect democracy and defend that direct democracy cannot be a direct solution for the political apathy and we have to find other ways to address it by maintaining representative democracy.

If it is possible, I would like to get 500 words outline including chapter list and discuss with supervisor before ordering the main dissertation (13500 words), so would you tell me whether such order is acceptable or not.
And i can still change my theme so please tell me if it is better to order you the dissertation.
