You recently have been attached to Dyson, a global technology company which makes high-end appliances like vacuums and hair dryers and is working on an electric car to be built in Singapore. It will be relocating its headquarters from the United Kingdom to Singapore to be closer to its customers and manufacturing base.You have been tasked to write a report to be presented to Dyson operation and management pertaining to the rationale, feasibility, attractiveness and practicality of relocating its headquarters to Singapore in its pivot to Asia.

The Chief Executive Officer, who is your line manager has guided you on the contents of the report in a preliminary brief.

Required:
Develop and produce a well-researched and referenced report that addresses the following areas:
a) your case for Dyson’s relocating its headquarters to Singapore in its pivot to Asia –rationale, feasibility, attractiveness, disadvantages and risks (70%)
b) Brief explanation of Dyson’s organisation culture (10%)
c) your proposed outline of Dyson’s stakeholders and organisation structure post-HQ relocation (10%)
d) your proposed types of information systems that are critical to Dyson post-HQ relocation (10%)
