Living in the Milisecond

Our entire lives are lead by the second we live in, all our memories, fears, love and moments are experienced within that one second.

What is interesting is that most people live their lives on auto pilot, and do not acknowledge the second they live in.

The paper discusses thoughts on all of the above, as well as everything in life that contributes to the second we live in. In particular, the subconscious “weight” of the brain within this second.

It also , less importantly, discusses the idea of people living on autopilot

the first general idea is that we all have memories and future ambitions, these never go away and i believe are a fundamental part to the second we live in. But why? Why cant we live our lives fully in the moment, without considering past or future?

I believe while every memory added up are the formation of this “brain weight” that there are a few pillars in everyones life that contribute to this “second” deeper. I will discuss all of them.

Financial status/ Security
Relationships
Love/ Partner
Sense of achievement – actual achievement
Power
Academic – Knowledge based status
social status
Culture and world Knowledge
Empathy both on a conscious and subconscious level
10. Awareness and consciousness of the present
11. Fun
12. Ego
13. Hatred and Resentment

First. Discussing the second. Everyone is only actually really conscious in that milisecond. everything else turns into a memory. The memories then, combined, turn into what I call a “weight” in the brain. The weight in the brain then becomes the foundation of how the second is lived emotionally. Emotions aren’t controlable, so a person struggling with an emotional issue, will find it difficult to then live in the second.

(so why shouldn’t people just be fully invested in the millisecond. – it doesn’t work, you could do that, spend all your money and be broke but really enjoy the moments while you can. Its not only about enjoyment, its about using it to not only “enjoy the process” but eventually achieve the right and fine tuned “ weight “ that allows people to really be the best versions of themselves. The way i see it, having too much of anything on the list defeats the purpose of being fully conscious , because, for example, if you have too much power, everything else is affected, and the weight of power in the brain becomes a barrier to all the other factors, which will affect the way someone behaves within the millisecond, as power suddenly becomes the only important factor in life. Its about fine tuning and balancing, for the goal of 1. Living your best life (When I say this i mean truly, enjoying every moment in a conscious way, as well as building the foundations of all of the list, in order to have the perfect “weight’ of the mind)

for every pillar, Id like to discuss more profoundly why it contributes, with examples.

IE , Being unreasonably in love, contributes to the second but other things become less important

Or, having infinite power etc etc
