Develop an accurate and relevant summary of the key strategic factors facing the firm, using the format of a SFAS. To do so, you will draw from the information you developed for the EFAS and IFAS.
Your paper should include a matrix (or table) like the one illustrated on page 167 of the textbook (example attached).
The balance of your paper will be a narrative explaining the strategic factors you selected, the reasons for the weights and ratings, the specific duration for each factor, and any comments (or rationale) for each factor.
