The topic of my assignment is “Gender equality in the workplace”. I would like you to focus on two points:
1. The most common examples of discrimination based on sex in the workplace.
2. Maternity in relation to the concept of discrimination (common types of discrimination due to pregnancy and maternity, maternity and paternity leave discrimination, rights of pregnant woman and man at work – low in the Uk )
Employers obligations during pregnancy – recruitment.

I do not need any information what is gender equality, how to resolve a problem etc. because it is only one subsection of my essay and I need exactly the information about the above points.
