Leadership Essay
There are four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. Compose an essay focusing on: The influence and impact Emergency Management Leaders have on the mitigation phase and examine if there is correlation between a targeted focus on the mitigation phase and a better prepared community during a disaster.
