Data Analysis
Cause and Effect Diagram – the book has some information as well as the ASQ site (https://asq.org/quality-resources/total-quality-management) for Fishbone diagrams please make sure you look at the specific effect of “company’s supply chain partners might have struggled to implement some of the company’s newly developed materials”. Manufacturing Location – This is a weighted criteria matrix, clear instructions are in your book about how to handle this. Remember you are looking for the HIGHEST weighted score in each section and overall for the location
