Your paper should include the following at a minimum:

2. A comparison of the Board of Director (BOD) compensation programs, both amounts paid and program design.
3. A CEO pay-for-performance (PFP) analysis for the company.
4. A CEO stock ownership and stock compensation analysis (can be combined with part 1 if you prefer).
5. Your commentary on the approaches to CEO and BOD compensation. Which do you like best? Why? Which do you like least? Why? If you like all three, explain why for each.5.
