Instructions:

Write an opinion essay (minimum 500 words) which demonstrates reflection on the following points:

What caused the delay in setting up a central command post. How did the mishandling of the media lead to difficulties for first responders.
Who were the major sources of miscommunication in the case study.
What can be done in the future to prevent such mistakes.

instructor comments from previous paper done: i received 5 out of 10 points for the paper so this one has to be exceptional:

Good illustration with pointing out that the white paint was removed to save money, and could have resulted in the foam detaching from the tank.

I would have liked to seen more examples of external pressures that would have caused concern.

Just a suggestion, you need to work on your writing somewhat. There are numerous spelling and grammatical errors.
