Examine the Role of Customer Relationship Management

CRM has a variety of meanings and roles in differing organizations.

Prepare an analysis in which you examine the role of customer relationship management. The paper must include the following:

Define customer relationship management.
Explain the possible misinterpretations of what CRM is.
Explain the various roles of CRM in an organization.
Explain why and how CRM benefits an organization.
Support your analysis with a minimum of five resources, at least 2 of which were published in the last five years. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
