Body weight and physical fitness; 5. Cardiovascular health; 6. Diabetes; 7. Nutrition; 8. Addiction and substance abuse; 9. Infections and immunity; 10. Death and dying; 11. Aging, Death, & Dying; 12. Environmental Health.

Students combine their own thoughtful analysis with ideas and information found in a minimum of four sources. This paper is an analytical paper, not a summary of readings. As with any academic writing, students should use evidence to support their analysis and any new content they have drawn from their findings. Students must cite the sources of all ideas, facts, and information used that are not their own, even if they have put the information into their own words. Failure to do so is plagiarism, even if the oversight is unintentional.

This 7- to 9-page paper of 1,500-1,700 words includes a cover page, abstract (optional), body, and a references page. The paper is formatted in APA style (Times New Roman 12-point, double-spaced) and is written in first-person.
