How has God developed you as a leader? Describe one or two specific ways that God has developed you as a leader.
Describe a time that you communicated vision poorly and describe what made your communication poor and the effects of that communication. How could you have communicated your vision better?
Recount a time that a leader influenced you by her or his character and how you were affected by that. What was it about that leader that was so compelling? Is there anything about your character that could have the opposite effect in your followers?
What about spiritual leadership as defined by Blackaby and Blackaby (2001) do you find most refreshing? What do you find the most disheartening? Are there any claims or assumptions on the authors’ part that you disagree with? If so, why do you disagree?
