Discuss the patient’s admitting diagnosis of alzheimers (briefly) lab values, signs and symptoms. Discuss if the current medications are working effectively.
You will also need to assess how these medications are working for the patient.
Are there other medications that would work equally well with less side effects or cost or explain why these medications work best for this patient.
