Each Discussion Board is worth 20 points and I expect a minimum of full 5 paragraphs (6-7 sentences per paragraph) for each discussion board, I expect you to engage the text to the degree that I can see that you read the text, engaging your fellow students can make up for a weak post but will only account for a possible1- 2 points. I will respond to every ones post each so you can have feedback, the examples are key to knowing my expectations each week.

Buddhism unlike other World Religions is not rooted on a single culture or area but is an international religion. What effect do you believe Buddhism emphasis on psychological well being as had on its place of acceptance internationally and why? In America do we have a contemporary cultural phenomenon that allows for transformation and explain? Are there signs of inner peace that are tangible to outside observers, give some examples.
