This essay is to be a study of the most important moment in history. I am going to make the case for the Agricultural Revolution and ask you to defend my position. In my teaching of history I have always maintained that most of the social sciences are studied in history: Science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM). In private education, religion is also included (STREAM). I don’t believe we can study history without including Religion. For this assignment, I am going to ask you to study the Agricultural Revolution incorporating those six elements. I am also going to ask you to include connections: text to self; text to text; and text to world.

Attached is a rubric and a template with headings that you must complete. You are to put your information under the appropriate headings. You are not to do this as an essay and you are not to choose your own topics. The headings on the template align with the rubric.
