1. Core Competencies: The completed Portfolio should include four artifacts for each of PMU’s six core competencies—a total of 24 artifacts. Normally, for ASSE 3211 this means 12 new artifacts (2 for each competency) in addition to the 12 artifacts created for the ASSE 2111 ePortfolio. Your artifact content must clearly and definitively match the definition and related skills for each competency. In addition to writing an introduction for each of the six core competencies, content for each artifact must include the following two paragraphs:
a. Introduction: Your introduction must be specific and detailed while answering three questions.
1) What is the artifact?
2) Why was the artifact selected to represent the competency?
3) What skills used in developing that artifact relate to the competency?
b. Self-Assessment (Reflection): The second part of your artifact review consists of
self-assessment, expressing and critiquing the student’s personal experiences while creating the artifact. These reflections must answer the following questions.
1) What was learned from the project?
2) What would be done differently if the project were repeated?
3) What advice would the student give to others completing a similar project?
2. Resume: Update and enhance your resume.
3. Professional Goals: Expand on your earlier goals by adding more details and refining the statement about your academic and career path.
