Assignment: You are looking for a job and need to write a resume about yourself and your background. It is important when writing a resume you use action words to describe your accomplishments or experiences.

Using your word processor, write ten different sentences using action words to demonstrate your experience. It doesn’t have to be for a job, it can be for volunteer work, accomplishments or activities in a club, or any other attributes you want to include.

Example:

Evaluated a number of architectural sites including Sitio con Dios in northwest Maricopa County.

Assembled computer desktops for a major hardware corporation.
