The Introduction to your paper must clearly state the position you will argue (i.e. your thesis statement).
Be concise and specific rather than broad and general. Consider all aspects and demonstrate a balanced and logical consideration of the issue you are presenting.
Do not quote or repeat legal definitions for the sole purpose of adding to the word count. These passages will be deducted from the word count. The title page and reference page do not count towards your word count.
Use at least one peer reviewed journal article, and one other reliable source (in addition to the textbook) to support your argument. Ensure that all your sources are properly cited using APA. Marks will be deducted if these elements are not included in your essay.
Your paper must have a clear introduction, body and conclusion.
You must include a Reference page in APA format.

If your paper is not written in APA format it will not be graded. If the professor allows a resubmission there will be a penalty deduction on the grade awarded to the resubmission.
