Utilizing information from the presentation and class discussion of the introductory lecture of developmental theory as well as other readings, student will brief providing their individual theory of developmental growth and change. this paper will be constructed as follows:
Definition of his/her theory reviewing its tenets, assumptions and concepts.
Explanation of developmental change.

Discussion of his/her stance with regard to the core issues of development: nature/ nurture, organismic/mechanistic, qualitative/ quantitative , continuity/discontinuity. For each of these issues, students should include “data” to support their position. “Data” may include observation found in real life, forms of media, etc.
Cite any references ( including out text book(s). This paper should be 3 pages exclusive of title page, references , tables, etc.
