In this assignment, you will design a report with two tables for your competitor analysis of your chosen company. Imagine that you meeting again with key leaders in your company, who have asked you to provide the customer analysis for the strategic plan. Include the following in your paper:
Introduce your current competitors in two to three opening paragraphs that provides a brief overview of what each company does and how they relate to your company.
Create a competitor analysis table and complete all columns for at least three current competitors.
Introduce your potential competitors in two to three paragraphs, providing a brief overview of what each company does and how they might relate to your company in the future.
Create a four-column table potential competitor analysis table and complete all columns for at least two potential competitors.
Conclude with summary that gives focus and direction to how this stage of the strategic planning process relates to the next stage of choosing the right strategy for your business.
Remember, you will not have a full and complete strategic plan until the final Signature Assignment. As you move through each weekly assignment, you will continue to research, investigate, and expand each piece of the strategic plan. Your professor will provide ongoing feedback so you can revise and edit each section as you go.
Support your paper with a minimum of three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
