Give your own well-founded opinion.
Having read some draft papers I would like to stress that your paper needs to comply with the assignment. Start from a field of law of your choice, and discuss the challenges for this particular field of law as a result of a particular technology.

This paper is not about interesting use cases or how technology might be used in a particular field of law. It is about how a particular field of law struggles with new tech.
