Case Study on Transformational Leadership

You are to respond to the following questions based on identified leadership style. You are to apply the relevant theoretical concepts and case materials in your response. Papers are to be 3-5 pages in length and must be in narrative form (no Q&A):
1. Provide a synopsis of the case (a summary that reflects the 5K foot view of the case)
2. If you were consulting with the HTE board of directors soon after Harold started making changes, what would you advise then regarding Harold’s leadership from a transformational perspective?
3. Did Harold have a clear vision for HTE? Was he able to implement it?
4. How effective was Harold as a change agent and social architect for HTE?

Case analyses are due in Canvas by the date and time indicated, the night before the class discussion on the leadership topic. Papers submitted during the 48 hour grace period will be assessed a late penalty equal to a one letter grade deduction (B+, or 89.9%). As a general rule, papers are not accepted after the grace period ends. Papers will be evaluated against the AACU rubric.
