Healthy People 2020

This assignment is aligned with the module objective “Demonstrate community assessments and apply the principles of epidemiology.” As part of the written assignment, you will complete the following tasks:

Identify one health problem you believe to be the most prevalent in your community. You may want to check with your local health department or a community health nurse. Also consider researching the morbidity/mortality rates health problems in your community. School nurses and are an excellent resource person to contact.
Analyze the problem using Milio’s framework for prevention from the module 1 readings (Chapter three in your text, pp 41).

Choose one of your nursing diagnoses and describe how your identified community health problem applies.

Describe the health people 2020 national goal that relates closest to your chosen Diagnosis.

Develop one-long term goal, minimum of three short-term goals and interventions for your chosen diagnosis (you will be developing a teaching plan in week 3).

Goals: A goal is a final outcome of what is achieved after you provide the interventions. Goals are broad in nature. Consider the long-term goal to be after one year and short-term goal after six months. These are community goals and will take longer to obtain. Consider a reduction of statistics as a long-term goal as guided by the 2020 Healthy People site. Be specific and measurable to include timeframes.

Adapting to change

This class is part of a Fire and Emergency Services Management program.

After viewing the videos, and reading the attachments, answer the following questions.

1. Describe the risk benefit analysis faced by Chamberlain and Longstreet and compare it to the risk benefit analysis of the fire service today.

A business plan about a new idea. Everything that the writer will need will be shared in the files. You will have the brief that has instructions and also a template that had a great mark so you can follow their outline. However, the template is about 5000 words I only need 2700 words. So following the brief you will know how to structure the paper and following the template you will know how to work on it.

I have some Business ideas but i don’t know if they are good for me to pass my module because I haven’t done any research about them to see if there are sources and data that would support all my writing so you have experience in business plans and Can see what will work best for me if they are all not good you can choose what you believe will work and will give me a good grade.

2/ A transport company that will be different than others by giving women drivers to women to avoid kidnapping and raping.
3/ A banking app for young teenagers to manage their pocket money and it can be supervised by the parents if they’re children.
4/ Organic cosmetics that will help women to avoid any chemicals on their body and they can have the chance to come up with the flavours they want on their makeup, or body products or face products such as customise their body lotion with the products they want either argan oil with coconut or whatever.
All of these ideas came to my mind but I am not sure, please choose one or come up with a different one that you believe you can find data and that you can support while writing with real data and strong materials.

Community Health Diagnosis

The primary focus of a community health nurse is to improve the health of the community. To do this involves using demographic and epidemiological findings to assess the community’s health and diagnose its needs. This assessment is aligned with the module objective “Discuss the elements of practice in community/public health nursing.”

This assignment is not a paper, so there is no cover page. All of the work is completed by completing the attached template. As part of the assignment, you will complete the following tasks: typing data, an analysis of the findings with four (4) references, and community health nursing diagnoses directly on the template.

Compile a range of relevant demographic and epidemiological data found on the community assessment rubric for this assignment.
