Database Application

Overview
The development of databases opened a new world for the transition of data into usable information, able to be manipulated for many different purposes through attributes and characteristics assigned by the user. The size can vary from small to massive, and relationships between the traits broken down to very specific criteria.

Instructions
Using research from the resources, the Capella University Library, or the Internet, use an outline format to set up a basic database plan for library records.

Use the outline to break down attributes into more specific traits. Provide as many levels of traits as needed.
Write a list of keywords that would successfully retrieve information you may need. Example: Keyword = ISBN number. Explain their use and effectiveness.
Using an outline format, set up a basic database plan for customer service reports.

Use the outline to break down attributes into more specific traits. Provide as many levels of traits as needed.

Organisational Psychology

Your reflection about:
A) Your individual experience of engaging with key theories in the module, based on Reflection Sheets that will be handed to you at the end of most sessions. You will be given the chance to complete up to 6 Reflection Sheets; these will be helpful in crafting the content of your reflective assignment. ;
– (if you only focus on this aspect of your learning, then bring in your experience with interacting with others outside the module).
– Reflection on models (concepts, frameworks) covered in the module that helped you understand more about yourself working in a team
– Create an account of your own key learning process, reflecting insights gained through reflection on how some of the theories covered in the module apply to you personally; • Practice applying key theories that are relevant to you personally to your specific life situation; • Shifting your learning focus from understanding theory to focusing on real-life application.
– Creative account, bringing new insights to the self in the team. Ideas of change and development in self (and the group) are explicitly addressed with some sophistication. Deliberate individual (and possibly group) development may have been attempted; this is discussed and reflected upon. Future personal and professional development may be addressed, and some plans may be shown to indicate how this may be brought to fruition.
– Reflection on models (concepts, frameworks) covered in the module that helped you understand more about yourself working in a team / yourself in general
B) Your team work and interaction with your team members in the team you have been assigned to over the course of the module, especially in relation to preparing and presenting 2 team presentations (more information below). You will be given the chance to formally reflect on these specific 2 team interactions also, as outlined below.
Regarding B), you and your assigned team will prepare and present 2 team presentations, specifically during Session #4 and Session #9. You will be able to select the precise topic for your team presentation from a list of topics presented to you by the course facilitator during the sessions preceding Session #4 and #9.
These 2 team presentations will not be formally assessed.
Presentations were based on following topics:
• On how we respond automatically to stress
• Topic 7 – On psychological safety
• Topic 1 – On goal setting theory and academic attainment
• Topic 5 – On the Ladder of Inference
• Topic 3 – On how to improve decision-making
• Stressed: Topic 2 – On the link between reason and passion when setting goals
• Topic 8 – On Team Chemistry
• Topic 4 – On increasing goal attainment
2nd presntations:
• On different routes to persuasion – Central Route
• On different routes to persuasion – Peripheral Route

• On the Effort-Reward Imbalance model
• On conflict styles and salary negotiations
• On different types of power in negotiations
• On business negotiation strategies
• On negotiating well for jobs and salaries

1. The purpose of the individual reflection is to create an account of your own key learning process, reflecting insights gained through individual reflection and reflection on team work. It will necessarily focus on the individual in the team from that person’s perspective and may well be written in the first person. It will reflect both cognition and emotion.

-Please look over the instructions for the Individual Reflective Assignment, in the Module Handbook.
– In the Module Handbook, there are a detailed set of instructions, practical tips, as well as the grading rubric for this assignment.
– A brief summary of how to complete the coursework is available in the Coursework Tutorial document below.
– This reflective essay should be similar to the samples provided.

Subsidiary Variants of English Phonemes: Realization in Actual Speech

The topic of my Bachelor of Arts paper/thesis is “Subsidiary Variants of English Phonemes: Realization in Actual Speech”.
The contents of the thesis should concern pronunciation of English allophones by English speaking Russians.
The thesis MUST be written in correct English.
The Literature review (theoretical part) and the research results (research description part) should be related.
There should be no in-text references (quotations, paraphrases, and summaries) in the research results section (research description part). In other words, the research results section should contain only your ideas (findings) written in your own words.
If you are quoting a book or an article with pages, you must always indicate the page number you are quoting from. It is better to quote / refer to specialized sources, i.e. books, studies on phonetics / phonology / linguistics rather than general reference books such as encyclopaedias. If you quote or refer, you need to indicate the page number, unless you refer to the entire book.
If you are summarizing, in the summary’s first sentence you must indicate the author, the date of the author’s publication, and page number. The end of the summary is marked by (ibid.). For example (DO NOT USE THE FOLLOWING EXTRACT IN THE THESIS):
The work by Maye, Werker, and Gerken (2002,45) shows that babies just a few months old can have their perceptions of allophonic contrasts changed by being exposed to distributions (mono-modal or bimodal) of the allophones of the English phonemes [d] and [t], the latter as unaspirated and unvoiced, between which can be a continuum of eight tokens in identical steps. Those unique contrasts had been taken into consideration due to the fact they no longer constitue a phonemic comparison in English and are each perceived as members of the /d/ category when in primary phrase function. After exposure, the toddlers in the bimodal group presented better results than those in the mono-modal category. All the toddlers had developed the ability to split sounds into categories. These findings suggest that babies in these age cohorts are in reality sensitive to statistical distributions in the input. It means that one can surmise that they are using this mechanism in the first year of life, and can use the distribution-based approach to learn phonetic rules with no lexicon (ibid.).
Do not attempt to sneak in plagiarism because I have my ways of finding it.
Structural requirements:
1.1 The title page – 1 page.
1.2. The contents page – 1 page.
1.3. The abstract – 1 page (up to 200 words).
2. The introduction – 3 pages:
2.1. The problem statement.
2.2. The aim of the research.
2.3. The objectives of the research.
2.4. Hypothesis / research question(s)
2.4. Research methods and procedures.
2.5. The scope of the research.
2.6. Relevance of the research and significance of the results.
3. The literature review (theoretical part) – 17 pages.
4. The research results (research description part) – 23 pages.
5. The conclusions – 1 page.
6. The supporting materials:
7.1. The list of references.
7.2. The appendices (if necessary).

So the pages should be arranged into something like this:
1 (abstract) + 3 (introduction) + 17 (literature review) + 23 (research results) + 1 (conclusions) = 45 pages

Read thoroughly the booklet and additional requirements that I have attached and follow their guidelines on how to write a thesis, since I will consult them when reviewing the thesis.

Higher Education Organization

ORGANIZATION REVIEW AND PAPER–Each student is required to attend a higher education organization meeting or sponsored program/event related to some aspect of cultural pluralism (race, ethnicity, gender, or religion) with which the student is least familiar. Specifically, the event or program must be one that is different from the student’s frame of reference and out of the student’s zone of comfort and familiarity. The organization/event may be organized by students, faculty, or staff. In some cases, community-based events will be considered if they are related to college and university populations. The student will write a review of that meeting/event/program. The review, due March 27, should consist of five (5) double-spaced, typewritten pages and include four parts: (a) a description of the organization including its purpose, goals and membership-no more than one page; (b) a review of the organization derived from personal observations and interviews with students and/or professionals involved; and (c) a statement of why this meeting/ or participation in this event took you out of your experience and comfort zone; and (d) personal views of the role this organization plays in campus life. Field experience time will be allowed for this exercise

The Practice and Perceptions of School Counsellors: A View from Turkey

The paper should be like a real research. I uploaded a file to guide the author. My order should be similar to the paper I’ve uploaded. It must also be original, should not be the same as the paper I loaded (for example:the number of participants, the number of questions should be different). Turkey should be the name of the country. Adana should be the name of the city if necessary.
