Please help me do my professional bio, I don’t know what to put it one. Currently, I’m taking a Medical Office Assistant Program, but I don’t know how or what to put on my professional bio. I’m a registered nurse in the Philippines for more than ten years, but I’m not a registered nurse in Canada, nor have any practice my nursing in Canada. There is increasing pressure on organizations to allow employees’ personal problems to be brought to the attention of the supervisor or manager. Personal problems that can disrupt people’s lives include dealing with a teenager on drugs, coping with the needs of a sick parent, losing a babysitter, or getting a divorce. Reflect on these questions:

1) Do you assume the role of mentor and counselor when an employee brings a personal problem to your attention?
2) Should you give the person with a serious problem some special consideration, such as time off, less demanding work, or professional help that is paid for by the company?
