Maternity in relation to the concept of discrimination

Dear Sir/Madame,

The topic of my assignment is “Gender equality in the workplace”. I would like you to focus on two points:
1. The most common examples of discrimination based on sex in the workplace.
2. Maternity in relation to the concept of discrimination (common types of discrimination due to pregnancy and maternity, maternity and paternity leave discrimination, rights of pregnant woman and man at work – low in the Uk )
Employers obligations during pregnancy – recruitment.

I do not need any information what is gender equality, how to resolve a problem etc. because it is only one subsection of my essay and I need exactly the information about the above points.

Exercise Physiology

1. Site the resources (resources that will be talked about is the Alzheimers article and the Eat by choice article) and week (Alzheimers article is from week 7; Eat by choice article is from week 6) and give a brief overview of the info along with your perspective and the value of the resource. Explain why you enjoyed this resource – we would like to read YOUR viewpoints related to the resources – not general information

After posting your responses to the above, post a thoughtful and thorough reply to this student’s posting that I will provide below in at least 5 sentences.
“I really enjoyed reading the health benefits of tai chi and using my overall understanding from this class to analyze how it could help me now and in the future.
Tai chi benefits vs my experience with Karate, Tae Kwon Do and Breakdancing which all include Power and speed together with steady movements and stretching. All have warmup routines, Tae Kwon Do breathing techniques include a similar to Tai chi style gentle breathing where Tae Kwon has gentle breathing with no movements involved called meditation with the main focus on clearing the mind of all doubt and stress. Tae Kwon Do also focuses on short burst breathing combined with the striking techniques in order to flex the bodies muscles in order to help defend against incoming strike impacts. Some aerobic benefits with Tai chi whereas Tae Kwon Do, Karate and Breakdancing all have lots of aerobic and anaerobic practices.

Another topic that stuck with me was from Training for Aerobic and Anaerobic fitness reading.
It really opened my eyes to how benefitable it is compared to what I thought.
My thoughts now are that everyone should promote daily routines since the benefits are so high in comparison to doing nothing. Under the improved Aerobic fitness section, it really gives you a clear picture of benefits related to Physiological, Functional and Health represented as Increase or decrease.
I don’t think I’ll ever wrap my head around the fact that old age also brings the want for water down, crazy!.”

For this student’s response, I have attached the two articles. Here is the website to get a better understanding of what the student is talking about for Tai Chi (https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/the-health-benefits-of-tai-chi). Also, I have attached the article Training for Aerobic and Anaerobic fitness reading below that the student talks about as well.
