The paper should be two parts. The first part is where students should offer details on the extent of the chosen problem of the sexual exploitation of children (whether it be child pornography on the Internet, sex tourism, sex trafficking, etc.) In Part 2, students should include what the government currently does to address the identified problem AND policy recommendations that include some ideas/guidance on how to reduce the prevalence of the crime that is being discussed.

I would love to right over Juvenile Sex Offenders, characteristic, when caught their punishment and treatment for help.
Most people when they think of sex offenders they think of older men “dirty old men.” This is not so. There are many cases where the offender is a family member or family friend that is a juvenile. We need to make note of their characteristics and how to get them help so that families and friends can notice their behavior.
In an article written by Becker & Hicks (2006), they wrote about the sexual offenses committed by juveniles considering the revenant psychological literature regarding the incident and the prevalence. The reviewed their characteristics as well as taking notes of their heterogeneity. The conducted research n developmental pathways and typologies were presented as well as intervention strategies, and recommendations to how policies are made regarding these offenders.

With that being said the literature is leading towards to abolish the mandatory juvenile sex offender. This article is trying to use the same saying in this case as well.
