Cultural Sensitivity
In this module, you explored counseling groups with culturally diverse populations (e.g., African American, Latin American, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender). Cultural sensitivity is paramount for the effective group leader. You reviewed challenges that might arise when working with diverse populations and counseling goals suitable for multicultural groups.
