Your project has been approved by the Managing Director and you must now create a full Project Plan based on the information contained in the Project Initiation document that you created. Produce a document to be used to brief your staff on the day of the event. The purpose of this document is to make sure all staff members are aware of the details of the event, as well as their own responsibilities in making the event successful. Because of this your document must include the following:
• An overview of the reason for holding the event
• Details of guest numbers and VIP guests
• The roles and responsibilities of each staff member
• Who is in charge and who to go to for help
• Timings for scheduled activities and speeches
• Health and safety for guests and staff
