E-government, the Arab Digital Generation and post-adoptive behaviours: A Saudi Case Study

This is my proposal paper and your writer has added some points in my previous order. Now, my supervisor sent my some questions I need you to find it with sources.
This is my supervisor comments: “In order to explore the problem area of the proposed research and to gain a better understanding of the context, there should be more in-depth information about the ADG demographic, for instance their online and offline behaviours, how they are constituted, who has described them in detail and what do they say about this ADG, and how does that compare with similar expositions about generational groups such as the millennials? Are there common characteristics between the ADG and other generational groups? How does the socio-cultural context of KSA influence the behaviours of the ADG? Do these mutually shape each other, i.e. the behaviours, norms, beliefs of the ADG, do they share much in common with the general socio-cultural context of KSA or are they quite significant in shaping that culture more?

Your claim is that there is a problem of this very technocentric group being quite attached to technology in general and quite literate when it comes to technology use but for some reason they do not engage with government services online even though they make up the majority of the population – what more can you explore about this problem area? Who has written about it? What have they researched about this problem? What are their conclusions and what other questions have they left unanswered?

How integrated is Absher among people in KSA? What is it used for in general? You have provided some information about this platform but it seems that if you are going to make this platform a principle example of the lack of uptake of government online services then you need to give much more structured information about it – who developed it, for what purpose, how is it used, what is it used for in general, how many users, what sorts of applications, evidence of the lack of usage etc.

There may be more that you can talk about in your next report that you send us to review, however, this would be a starting point.”
