Write a report in which you present your research findings on the factors that explain differences in house sale prices, and based on your findings identify a linear regression model for the purpose of house price valuation. The report should begin with a summary of up to 100 words on your findings, followed by an introduction, the main body of the report, a conclusion, and an appendix. In the main body of the report you may want to have more than one section, and should include a description of data, how you formulated your models, and a discussion of your findings.
