Research paper- Read the unit description uploaded in the instructions page to get an idea of what the course is about before you start writing. Choose a topic from the list in the instructions file then write a 4200 word research essay using the Australian Guide to Legal Citation 3 (AGCL3) referncing. Make sure to add at least 3-5 sources from the course unit reading list which will also be uploaded. One Page Outline See instructions for the one page outlines instructions add on to the order. When writing the 1 page outline make sure you state what method you used for example: Terry Hutchinson, Researching and Writing in Law (Thomson Reuters, 4th ed 2017) ch 4 (additional legal research frameworks) and ch 6 (social science methodologies for lawyers).
