Have lived in Korea for 9 years
I am the quarterback of the football team in South Korea and have played for 4 years
track and field- high jump and 4 by 100 relay. We travel to Japan and Okinawa with our team four games out of the year.
Home of record is Florida but I am choosing to go to out of State University because my family in Florida is not the best place for me to be. Northern Arizona University is where I would like to go
My future plans summary: My passion for computers began when I was three years old, and ever since then, I have known that I wanted to enter into a career involving technology. During the school year, I would take as many computers classes that I could including video, robotics, and gaming. When I was a junior in high school I signed up to take a cybersecurity class and discovered my passion. When I was 17, I was accepted into the Gen-Cyber Camp, one of 22 positions being offered at the University of West Florida. I now have spent more than 100 hours researching different types of security and attacks. I have also interviewed individuals in at least 5 different Cyber fields. I have loved technology nearly my entire life, and I plan to continue working as a Cyber Security Agent educating others against potential risks. With this scholarship, I can always continue my education and improve my skills and knowledge. I see myself employed at a large local firm, analyzing, evaluating software, and becoming an information security analyst. Where minorities are underrepresented in science, technology, engineering, and math. I feel blessed that I will be entering into a field, fostering diversity.
