The paper should discuss how WTO principles are undermining climate mitigation efforts made by member countries. We’re seeing in recent years how countries are working to develop green energy industries, yet then we see how other competing countries are suing them for violating subsidy laws within the WTO framework, therefore forcing them to stop supporting these industries. Since green industries are still infant-industries, they still need governmental support to become profitable in the future. With these WTO principles in place, it is therefore making it hard to combat climate change which is eventually a global interest. The thesis should somehow follow the thesis proposal attached to this request.
