Leadership Development.
The cut-off date for this assignment is 16th October 2018 (Tuesday) , 2355hrs.
This is a group-based assignment. You should form a group of maximum 5 members from
your seminar group (T Group).
Each group should nominate one leader, who will submit the assignment on behalf of the
group via Turnitin in your T group Canvas webpage. Please inform the various group
members after the group assignment has been submitted. The group leader is advised to keep
the acknowledgement receipt of submission as evidence that the group assignment has been
submitted.
Please read the instructions on how to complete this group assignment carefully and consult
with your instructor if there are any clarifications.

b. Font size: 12 point
c. Line spacing: double
d. Margin: 1” all round
e. All page numbers should be numbered.
3. Please INCLUDE a cover page that contains ONLY the Title of this course, Group
leader name & PI number, followed by names and PI numbers of the team members.

What You Need to do in this GBA
The theme for your group project is “Leadership Development: putting theory into practice”.
Each group must choose an industry and create an organization within that industry. The
business1 will be located in Singapore.
Your assignment is to create a leadership development programme for the company where
there is alignment between the organization’s mission, values, goals, strategies and leadership
development programmes.
The report should not exceed 4,000 words, excluding the cover page, references and or
appendices. Please note that we are not likely to read beyond the 4000 word limit. Your
efforts will be wasted if you exceed this limit.”
