Your reflection about:
A) Your individual experience of engaging with key theories in the module, based on Reflection Sheets that will be handed to you at the end of most sessions. You will be given the chance to complete up to 6 Reflection Sheets; these will be helpful in crafting the content of your reflective assignment. ;
– (if you only focus on this aspect of your learning, then bring in your experience with interacting with others outside the module).
– Reflection on models (concepts, frameworks) covered in the module that helped you understand more about yourself working in a team
– Create an account of your own key learning process, reflecting insights gained through reflection on how some of the theories covered in the module apply to you personally; • Practice applying key theories that are relevant to you personally to your specific life situation; • Shifting your learning focus from understanding theory to focusing on real-life application.
– Creative account, bringing new insights to the self in the team. Ideas of change and development in self (and the group) are explicitly addressed with some sophistication. Deliberate individual (and possibly group) development may have been attempted; this is discussed and reflected upon. Future personal and professional development may be addressed, and some plans may be shown to indicate how this may be brought to fruition.
– Reflection on models (concepts, frameworks) covered in the module that helped you understand more about yourself working in a team / yourself in general
B) Your team work and interaction with your team members in the team you have been assigned to over the course of the module, especially in relation to preparing and presenting 2 team presentations (more information below). You will be given the chance to formally reflect on these specific 2 team interactions also, as outlined below.
Regarding B), you and your assigned team will prepare and present 2 team presentations, specifically during Session #4 and Session #9. You will be able to select the precise topic for your team presentation from a list of topics presented to you by the course facilitator during the sessions preceding Session #4 and #9.
These 2 team presentations will not be formally assessed.

1. The purpose of the individual reflection is to create an account of your own key learning process, reflecting insights gained through individual reflection and reflection on team work. It will necessarily focus on the individual in the team from that person’s perspective and may well be written in the first person. It will reflect both cognition and emotion.
