Personal Statement for law school admission

Please let me know your suggestions of all kinds. Grammar, style, flow, paragraph order, etc. Below are the essay topics listed from several of the schools. My goal was to create a single statement to address as many if not all of the following topics given by the law schools. Please let me know if I at least touched on all of these. If you think its missing something or I should take something out please let me know as well.

My limit is 3 pages, double-spaced, 12pt font. Professional format such as MLA or APA is not necessary.

Essay Topics:
USC: how your background (academic or otherwise) has led to your decision to study law

Loyola: describe his or her interest in law school, the uniqueness of his or her character and experience, and his or her potential to contribute to Loyola’s community.

UCLA: Discuss any matters relevant to your ability to succeed in law school and the practice of law, and any attributes, experiences, or interests that would enable you to make a distinctive contribution to UCLA Law or the legal profession.

USD: why you wish to study law, setting forth your special qualifications; how you plan to use your legal training

Thanks so much
