Report on the Business Ethics of Theranos Inc
A few weeks ago THERANOS Inc. closed its doors after several tumultuous years for the company, its products, and its founder, CEO, and Chairperson, Elizabeth Holmes. Ms. Holmes stepped down as CEO in June after being indicted on fraud-related charges.

Use your research to identify and analyze the ethical and social responsibility problems, and to report your findings and conclusions. At a minimum, cover the following:
Identify ethical and social responsibility issues
– Describe the issues in detail, explain the underlying principles, and show evidence of all pertinent facts
Identify relevant stakeholders
– Describe the relevant stakeholders and the stakeholders’ perspectives and interests
Evaluate possible impact of alternative courses of action on stakeholders
– Provide detailed and principled explanation of what could have been done differently and how that would have affected the relevant stakeholders
Provide a viable plan of action
– Explain what alternative courses of action would have most clearly resolved the ethical and social responsibility issues
