The midterm assignment involves writing an annotated critique of a popular media article discussing the results from a recent scientific publication in any scientific discipline (it does not have to involve animal behavior). You must read the primary research article, copy the text of the popular media article into your word processor of choice (e.g. Word, Pages), and make annotated comments in tracked changes mode using the format of Washington Post annotated articles.
Attached is an example of what he’s looking for. I think the professor wants at least 20 comments and they have to show a higher level of thinking.
