This assignment is a proposed development of an medium density apartment in 1572-1578 Logan Road, Mount Gravatt Queensland, Australia This is a group assignment with individual parts. My part is a town planner and have done the Town Planning Regulation, need the Design section. I have highlighted in the brief in yellow. Also I will attach samples as well, might help. Might have to do a concept design. The proposed development our group have planned is 5 floor, 10 units, 161.7meter square per unit, only 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
