write a narrative describing an interesting event in which you were involved. You may choose to write about an event that has had an effect on you as a person, or just something that you think would be interesting for your reader to be told about. This essay is to be a minimum of two double-spaced pages in length.
Look into the book regarding “Narratives” and telling stories. You may choose to write this essay in second or third person if you like but, since it is a story you were involved in, writing in the first person would probably be easiest.
You can write about anything you like, but be sure to follow the process of generating ideas to include and organizing them in a logical way if you have not already done so. If you have, and I currently have them for grading, you will certainly have benefited from having done them. If necessary, you can go through the process a second time if you are not happy with your first effort.
