write a paper with the thesis of- African americans being more prone to punishment in schools inhibits them from reaching their full academic potentials.

The paper must use 12 academic peer review journals that support my resons for this thesis..
supporting Reasons-
1. African Americans are seen as more violent and disruptive due to school discipline making it harder for people to want to work with them.
2.Forces students to believe that they can not be themselves granted that they start to believe that “school is not for them.”
3. Increases the overrepresentation of african american youth in the juvenile justice systems relative to their population percentages leaving these young minorities with no one to look up to.

You must also include 2-3 counter arguements and the atleast 2 of the peer review articles must be supporting of these counter arguements.
